Exterior Surface Preparation

2. Pressure Wash

4. Handle Rust & Corrosion

  • For severe corrosion: replace damaged metal sections

5. Caulk & Seal

  • Caulk gaps where walls meet roof line, windows, doors
  • Use paintable exterior caulk (silicone or acrylic)
  • Seal any gaps that could let water in
  • Cure time: 24 hours before painting
